My heating, ventilation and air conditioning sysytem went out last November. I knew we were headed into cooler temps and needed to get it fixed quickly. Finding a reputable HVAC repair in NJ wasn’t the easiest process. I wasn’t sure if I should compromise good service for a lower cost. I asked around to friends and family and scoured the web for good reviews. I finally settled on a company that offered reasonable prices and had a fairly good rating.
I called the company and a polite woman answered the phone. We discussed what my system was doing and she gave me an estimate. Once we agreed on price, she set up an appointment for the following week.
The technician that came out was very respectful and explained what the issue was after he looked at our system. Apparently, the motor had gone out and was no longer circulating the air. He said that he didn’t have the parts but would be back in a few days to get it all running for me again once the pieces came in.
A few days later, he called to say he would be there that afternoon. He cleaned out the system and replaced the motor that had gone out. The technician checked to make sure that it was heating properly before he packed up his tools and left.
He left the space cleaner than it was when he arrived. My house is now warm and toasty and I know I can make it through if any snow fall hits. I have his business card and was told to give them a call if any other issues arise. I am so happy with my choice for HVAC repair in NJ and won’t hesitate to recommend their company to anyone who needs affordable and reliable service.
